I pioneered the concept of outsourcing to Wall Street firms in the late 80's and developed the first technology Center of Excellence (CoE) in the early 90's. After 26 years at TCS and some mid Tier companies like Polaris and Birlasoft for over 6 years, I have repeatedly tried to demonstrate how to use the management, governance and operational framework and processes used in Tier 1 IT companies to improve the business performance of mid Tier IT companies.
